"Busy day today with mixed conditions - we had some electrical problems in Practice 4 which the guys were able to get on top of, which was great. At the end of the day starting from the second row is amazing, looks like it's going to be dry tomorrow so we'll see what happens. The Top Ten lap was a very cold track, with some water and very cold tyres so it was very very different to say yesterday in the dry but we managed to get some decent temp and put through a solid lap which was fun!"

DAVISON - QUOTE ‍"Disappointing qualifying we really needed some dry running today to try and understand our changes but it's been wet most of the day & our car is good in the wet so obviously disappointed that the qual didn't quite work out for us. At the start of the session, we were right amongst the top few but we tried a bit of a different strategy coming in for another set of tyres at the end and we just couldn't generate any temp in the tyres when it mattered. Very disappointed because I think we definitely should've been through to the ten in the wet conditions but I think the race will be dry tomorrow which will be a different kettle of fish, so the warm-up is really important for us to see if we've made some in-roads in the setup in the dry conditions."‍
