Sunday at the Perth SuperSprint was a mixed bag for the Shell V-Power Racing Team, with Davison sitting consistently in the Top 10 across the weekend. De Pasquale started Race 8 in P3, however finished in P22 after a 15 second time penalty occurred when making contact with Car No.26 on the last turn. Race 9 saw De Pasquale move up the grid 3 places to finish in P15 with Davison finishing P7.

Although the team doesn't walk away with the results they had hoped for, they will continue to keep working hard, learn from this weekend and turn their focus to Round 4 in Tasmania.

DE PASQUALE QUOTE
"Thats the weekend done here in Perth, and it was a real up & down day; I had both some good & bad stuff throughout the day. Overall, there’s still some work to do before the next one, so that's where we turn our attention to now."

W. DAVISON QUOTE
"It was good to have three clean races over the weekend and three top ten finishes. Obviously we’re still not where we want to be but there was definitely some encouraging signs over the weekend and there were times we were quite strong.

We weren’t able to fix the tyre life issues – we were very hard on the on left rear tyre and I just wasn’t able to maintain the pace towards the end of the race. We made some really good changes that really helped the balance but we didn’t unlock what we needed to have good tyre life. All in all we had clean races with good pitstops, so we’ll take the points and we’ll take the learnings, but still disappointed with the overall results as we know we have work to do."
