DISAPPOINTING START IN SYDNEY FOR THE SHELL V-POWER RACING TEAM

Anton De Pasquale – No. 11 Shell V-Power Racing Ford Mustang GT

Will Davison – No. 17 Shell V-Power Racing Ford Mustang GT

• Qualifying Race 18  –– P10 (Fastest Time Q3: 1:30.7251s)
  
• Race 18  –– P16 (Fastest Time: 1:32.4160s)

It was a difficult start to the day for Davison in the No.17 Shell V-Power Mustang after issues with the steering rack saw him miss out on most of Practice 1. After the team got to work to resolve the issue, he was back on track to complete Practice 2.  

A three-part elimination qualifying saw De Pasquale out after Q1, qualifying P23 for Race 18. While teammate Davison made it through to Q3, starting Race 18 in P10.

De Pasquale moved up the grid 8 places, finishing Race 18 in P15, and Davison finished Race 18 in P16.
